George and dragon travelled to the Plough Long Whittenham to win 6-0 and go top of the table in section G. setting the first two legs of 10 and 9 the plough gave George and Dragon a chance and with scores of 11 and 16 George and Dragon claimed the game going into the third leg and two vital points to play for.  Plough set the third leg with a 9 George rallied  with an 11. top scores for plough A Sallis with 7 and Georges J Farrimond also with 7.

In section H Black Swan A entertained Harwell RBL A in another top of the table clash. Harwell won 4-2 with only 5 dolls separating the team totals. Simon Saunders top scored for harwell with 8 and  Des De Silva 7 for the Black swan.
