As a result of England’s success in reaching the World Cup semi final which will be played tomorrow eveningwe proposed that tomorrow’s Aunt sally week 12 fixtures can be re-scheduled, initially to another night this week, or alternatively to a mutually agreed date before the end of July.
Several teams have, for differing reasons, have asked for an extension to that original date. After much deliberation we have therefore agreed that all outstanding matches must be played on or before the 2nd September which will now be deemed the end of the league season.
This will give all teams sufficient time to arrange to play not only games held over from this week, but also the few outstanding from earlier in the season. Again re-arranged dates will have to be mutually agreed between the respective Captains.
The scorecards for any games scheduled and taking place this week (12 can be entered as normal otherwise completed match cards from re-arranged must be sent to me to ensure that they are entered against the right week number to avoid the score system being compromised.
