The Abingdon & District Aunt Sally Association supports two leagues: one in the summer with over 60 teams and a winter league with maximum of 10 teams.
In the summer 8-player teams play on Wednesday evenings at alternate venues – home and away matches. In our 50th year that means over 600 people enjoying playing Aunt Sally on a Wednesday evening.
In winter the 5-player teams play each other at the Abingdon United Football Club in a indoor league all on the same Wednesday night. Over 50 players turn up for these ‘quiet’ winter evenings!
