Game reports.

College Oak beat Ab. Utd. ‘B’ 4-2 with leg scores of 14-7, 12-13, 13-10. For The Oak A.Pocock & F.Tracey 10 each. For Utd. ‘B’ M.Louch & D.Davies 7 each. Utd. B’s 30 dolls was their lowest total of season so far.

The Fox came from a leg down to beat Ab. Utd. ‘C’ 4-2. The leg scores were 11-16, 16-9, 17-12. For The Fox D.Butler & B.Parker 12 each, D.Rusher 9 & P.Stone 7. In reply for Utd. ‘C’ A.Gregory & S.Martin 9 each, D.Harris 8 & K.Souch 7.

Penlon beat Ab. Legion ( something OM couldn’t do last week) 4-2 with leg scores of 11-10, 9-13, 10-9. For Penlon T.Lach & E.Jeffries 8 each. In reply for The Legion J.Driver 11, P.Ealey 9 & D.Sapey 7. B.Delamont hit no dolls at all – zero, zilch, diddly squat, b****r all. ( He could be in the running for most improved player – next season ).

Four man Old Masters drew 3-3 with Ab. Con. Club with leg scores of 9-7, 13-13, 12-14. For OM T.Downes 10, A.Woolloff 9, G.Barguss 8 & M.Hall 7. Graham knowing we were going to be short texted D.Cogdell to see if he was available and his lame excuse was that he was in ‘The Maldives’ ! For Con. Club M.Haynes 11 & M.Chadwick 8. OM’s 30 dolls was obviously their lowest total of season so far. Last week I noted that Con. Club had scored 34 dolls in 4 of their 5 games. Make that 5 out of 6.
